Come spend a week in Italy as my guest, not a tourist.
Cook in my kitchen. Shop in my town. Eat like family. All at my home, a historic villa in Puglia, Italy.

Most food tours rent everything they sell you. I just invite you over to my home.
I'm Steven. A Texan by way of New York City who moved to Puglia and never left.
Villa Cappelli has been my home for fifteen years. So that's where the week happens. My kitchen, my table, and my town. You get a real Italian home, not a rented experience.
Jump in, or pour a glass of wine and watch.
We cook together, as much or as little as you like. We shop where I shop. We head out to amazing nearby towns, and come home to the villa every night.
Every meal is taken care of, and nobody goes hungry at my table. Once you get yourself here, you don't have to figure out a single thing.
Feast your eyes.
Then just feast.
The villa is your home all week, and we head out from here to see some breathtaking places.
Trani, with its cathedral right on the sea. The churches of Gravina. The trulli of Alberobello. Polignano a Mare and its beautiful clifts. Castel del Monte. And Matera, the ancient city carved into rock.
Every one of those days ends at a table, at restaurants I've been going to for years. Fish caught that morning. Pasta made fresh right before we arrive. I order for the table and we all share. So don't fill up on the bread!
Sound too good to be true?
I get it. So don't take my word for it. Here's what past guests wrote.
