Reservations & Payments

A deposit of €500 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to the tour start date.
If the balance is not received by the due date, Villa Cappelli reserves the right to consider the reservation cancelled and apply the cancellation policy below.

Cancellations by You

If you cancel your participation:

  • More than 120 days before the start date: full refund of deposit

  • 120 days or less before the start date: 100% of total tour cost is non-refundable

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellations by Us

Tours are subject to a minimum of 4 participants. If minimum enrollment is not met, Villa Cappelli reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another scheduled tour.

In the rare event that Villa Cappelli must cancel a tour for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded. This refund constitutes full settlement. Villa Cappelli is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, including non-refundable flights, accommodations, or other travel costs.

Good to Know

  • This is a small, intimate group experience. The tour is designed to feel personal, relaxed, and flexible. It also means we ask everyone to be considerate of group timing and dynamics.

  • You’ll be moving, tasting, walking, and standing. Days include market visits, town strolls, kitchens, and countryside settings. Nothing extreme, but you should be comfortable being on your feet and navigating stairs and uneven surfaces.

  • Italy runs on Italian time. We do our best to keep things on schedule, but part of the charm (and reality) of Italy is flexibility. A long lunch might run longer, a shop might open late, or plans may shift slightly. That’s part of the experience.

  • Food is central to everything. You’ll be eating well and often. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Shared spaces are part of the experience. The villa, meals, and many activities are shared. Guests who enjoy connection, conversation, and a sense of community tend to get the most out of this tour.

  • A positive attitude goes a long way. This tour is about curiosity, openness, and enjoying Italy as it is. Guests who come with flexibility and a sense of humor always have the best time.
