From time to time, VC Villa and Villa Cappelli (“we,” “us,” “our”) may take photographs and/or video recordings during stays, tours, cooking experiences, and other activities on the property or as part of our hosted experiences.

These images help us share the atmosphere of life at the villa and promote our accommodations, tours, and products.

Use of Images

By participating in a stay or experience with us, you understand and agree that photographs or video may include your image, voice, or likeness, either individually or as part of a group.

You grant VC Villa and Villa Cappelli permission to use such photos or videos for lawful promotional and business purposes, including but not limited to:

• our websites

• social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• email newsletters

• advertising and marketing materials

• printed or digital publications

Respect for Privacy

We aim to be thoughtful and respectful when capturing and sharing content. We do not intentionally photograph guests in private settings.

If you would prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let us know at any time during your stay or experience, and we will gladly honor your request.

No Compensation

You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of any photographs or recordings.

Rights Granted

This permission is granted worldwide, in perpetuity, and may be exercised by VC Villa and Villa Cappelli without further approval.
